Well here's what I'm planning :- pre-made t-shirt that says "You dance to the beat of my heart" (because we dance together)- a tiny teddy bear hugging on that t-shirt. (inside the teddy bear are notes and a dog tag that says "I know you'll take care of me even if when your gone" since he's graduating this year. But im not gonna mention anything about whats inside the teddy bear until the end of the schoolyear.- a pack of candy and chocolate. (everytime we have dance practice, i would give him chocolate and he would give me candy.)- Making him sushi ! haha.I know he's asking me out on February 12th. Because we have no school on the 13th and 14th (valentines) is a saturday. Since I'm 13 and he's 17 I wont be allowed to hang out wit him on valentines day, but maybe though, im not quite sure. But I'm not gonna answer him till valentines so we officially go out on vday. (:Instead of telling him though, I'm going to make a video and at the end of that video, I'm going to say "yes, I'd love to go out with you" (:.Is it too much? Reply to this Question Share |

hmm well even though it is all very sweet and is obvious it is coming from a 13 year old girl. i would say there are not many guys who would probably actually wear that sort of T shirt. he will probably end up just putting it in the wardrobe as a little momentum. when i was younger i used to get guys teddies, but that's because they were 14 as well and still kinda were into teddies, but when they get older it's not very matcho to have a teddy. maybe some guys still like the odd teddy. he will appreciate the sushi and the candy though. all guys love their food. lol.
i'm sure he will see it as a sweet gift. the dog tag will probably be ok, but the words "when you are gone" makes it sound like he is dying or something. when he goes to uni he will still beable to come back. but then most guys who go to uni find other hot girls. sorry to say that, but i've been to uni and uni is all about parties, drink and lots of sex. so just don't keep your hopes up too much. but i hope you have a good valentines days.

I'd say it really shows your age.
It's such a sweet gift and to be honest, and I am sure that he is going to be really flattered that you put so much effort in. In years to come he'll look back at this and remember fondly.
HOWEVER. He is 17. He will probably not be into teddy bears and may be freaked out by the fact you have done so much.
He'll realise that you are 13 and very young and that unless he is very immature and only wants a girl to look after and hold hands with, you are perhaps not the girl for him at this stage.
Good Luck!! xx

Yea I would say that was way too much! But that is only coming from my experience with guys and seeing as how you are 13 and he is 17 what you think is sweet he might think is totally lame! So be careful! I would say the Teddy bear with candy and the shirt are cool since they all hold special meaning for the 2 of you! I might not do the video it always nice to hear the 'I'd love to go out with you' in person. The sushi is an awesome idea! And if he doesn't want it you can come make it for me! I crave it all the time! Good luck! Have an awesome valentines day!
