A male United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I recently got back in touch with a girl I went to school with. We spoke at school but not that much but for the last two months we have emailed and text pretty much everday. Our conversations have been great, we have so much in common and she is a really interesting person. I suggested meeting up for a catch up and we did. We got on great and spoke for ages. She told me after the meet that i've become such a good friend. A week or so later she changed her work shift so we could meet up again. We went out for dinner and got on great once again, she told me after that I'm a very good mate. The thing is, she initiates contact with me every other day and I do the same on the other days. She has made up loads of silly nicknames for me and the way she acts and speaks to me is not normal of someone who thinks just friends. She however tells me i'm a good friend. She is a nice decent girl though so she'd be shy as to how she feels but I don't know, I kind of like her in a way. Is it too early to tell yet or not?

Wow, dude. I think this girl really loves you. She certainly enjoys your company. Girl's love guys who have time for them and you seem to do. But dont tell her yet. Take it step by step, when you feel like the time is right, tell how you really feel. ;)

i would say go for it. the way she's acting is the way that i act, and if she's talking to you every day she obviously likes you. invite her over for a quiet meal, and see what happens.

good luck
