It is cheating unless the both of you talk about it and decide it isn't cheating. Pretty much anything that you feel the need to hide from your significant other can and probably will come back to make a mess of things.
And cyber sex and webcamming online is not like porn. Porn is something you do at home, by yourself, with no interaction with anyone. It's like watching a movie by yourself, except with some actors/actresses having sex. Cyber sex and webcamming is interacting with someone (even if they may be on the other side of the world) in an intimate way, that isn't your boyfriend. And if you are webcamming it involves showing your private parts to someone else. Generally not appropriate behaviour when in a relationship.

It's cheating unless your boyfriend has given you the green light to do so.
In general, if you feel you must hide something from your boyfriend then you shouldn't do it in the first place. Stop cybering online, or ask permission.
