 Yes, it's safe to use on armpits. As for pubic hair, it's safe so long as you don't let it get anywhere near any sensitive bits, as that can actually burn you.

 Yes, you can use it on armpit hair and pubic hair (I do it all the time.) However! Do not use it internally or inside the folds, it damages the membrain that helps protect the vagina. Hope this helps.
