Ah, just seen your update.
Yes, some antibiotics do this although not the ones commonly given and for those that might the effect is usually only temporary. They can also disrupt your normal body cycles.
There is also some research that claims some antibiotics can increase fertility, particularly in men.
Usually you get about three pages of information and warnings with most antibiotics. It's worth reading them through - or Google the name of the antibiotic and see what comes up.

Yes, it's safe.
No, it won't affect your health or your partner's health.
Use a condom. Stop if you feel ill and don't make it TOO energetic (probably not the best time to be swinging from the crystal chandeliers or leaping onto him from the top of the wardrobe).

No it wont harm either of you but as smiles says some antibiotics speed up how fast the pill is absorbed and can make it less effective.
Drinking on antibiotics also makes the antibiotics themselves less effective too x

BUT
if you are taking the pill for birth controll, do use a condom for the next couple of weeks; as the antibiotics can have an influence on the effect and efficiency of the birthcontrol pill;
Please be carefull; use a condom as precaution.
Best wishes
