Question - (21 June 2009) 2 Answers - (Newest, 24 June 2009)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I confessed to my friend (lets call him mr.gloomy) that I like him because I noticed that he care so much to me and he was able to making a flirt with me. Then an incident that our friend was tripping texted him asking if mr.gloomy likes me he replied, yes! He likes me as a friend, I feel disappointed because I assumed that mr.gloomy likes me. Then after a weeks I noticed that he was avoiding me. What does this mean? He doesnt really like me? So everytime we see each other we dont even try to talk to each other even calling our name. I became so bitter so I deleted his number.

Actually I didnt mean what that word I like him because I was only pretending that I already forgot my ex-boyfriend who ruined my life. So I was searching for a little love from someone and I thought mr.gloomy was right for that but our friendship was ruined.

Is it right to still be his friend ?

He knows you like him and no he's uncomfortable because he doesn't like you that way. He's just immature and doesn't know how to handle it.
