Two weeks later i called to find out my test results and they told me it came out negative. So i was clean the whole time and even if i wasnt' i got the injection for it just in case. I broke up with my boyfriend, So about 4 months after i meet this new guy. We were dating and had unprotected sex. Again within one month after him and i having sex he finds out he has gonorreah. I'm very confused. It seems as if i don't have it but i'm passing it out. He said he was clean before me and that he got checked. Any answers??? Please advice. Thank you

Tisha-1 agony auntIt's hard to believe you can be a statistic until you are! I know you've learned a very hard lesson, so no lectures, just info from me. Here are some websites for you to have, so you can educate yourself on all the STIs that are out there. Being educated helps you make smarter choices.

http://www.webmd.com/sexual-conditions/gonorrhea

http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/stds-hiv-safer-sex/gonorrhea-4269.htm

If you want to have children at some point, you will definitely want to know about these STIs, as many can lead to infertility if not treated properly. You definitely don't want that.

I know I know, i'm a freaking idiot and will take this as a lesson. You never think it will happend to you until you actually get it. It is sooooo strange because even if the test were wrongly diagnosed I still got the shot. I'm going to get tested and treated again. This is crazy. NO MORE UNPROTECTED SEX. NEVER. Thanks guys.
