Then yes there is a chance of you getting pregnant, its more slim because you didnt have intercourse, but then again one drop of siemen contains like hundreds of thousands of sperm, something like that, and it only takes one sperm to get pregnant. Normally I would reccomend taking the "plan B" pill but it might be a little late for that... you can talk to your doctor about that though. I'm afraid that you won't know until a bout a month from now. If your periods late take a pregnancy test. You MAY be able to have a blood pregnancy test sooner though, ask your doctor, because they are more accurate but I don't know how soon you can test and have an accurate answer. Ask your doctor about it though. Its simple all they do is draw blood from your arm and test it fro pregnancy hormones. Next time you have sexual inter action ( not inter course, just any type of sexual inter action be it stimulation, rubbing against one another, etc.) with your bf, think things through and be safe about them, especially if you are not wanting to get preggers. Well I think you are worrying a little too much.
So he came over you outside, and also you period is 3 days old. At that time of the month you will not be fertile as your period has started. The lining of the womb has broken down and any eggs are on the way out. If you have a heavy period then all is literally flushed away.
Sperm needs time to travel and starting from the outside it will be at a distinct disadvantage. It will never get there.
In addition you urinated, so that will kill it all off. Sperm is alkaline and any acidity stops it dead literaly. Women who are not ph neutral usually end up being unable to conceive.
I would not worry too much, see what happens on the 23rd of this month, and then review the situation. You need 8 weeks for a reliable pregnancy test, so don't waste your money just yet
Finally next time put a condom on him. He will probably like you doing that as part of the sex play. You can both learn together how to fit a condom and be sexy with it.
