Highly unlikely that you're pregnant. Not absolutely impossible but very very very unlikely. Make sure you have some condoms ready for when you do decide to have sex.

 It is very unlikely, as sperm cannot normally penetrate fabric, even though you might feel some wetness on the inside.
It might be worth taking the "morning-after" pill as a precaution, but you should be ok.
I would certainly recommend condoms and/or hormonal birth control, because you are certain to get carried away again, aren't you?
