It was a friendly break up, we realised a long distance relationship wouldn't work and I have absolutely no romantic feelings towards him. But, somehow, after him, literally no one has shown any interest in me. NO ONE. I'm really not trying hard, I'm simply being me, as always, and waiting for something to happen. However, in the last couple of days, I've started to have a feeling that love is just around the corner, that I just have to be a little more patient and that it would be totally worth it. Is it a little bit hopeless and pathetic to feel like this?

Three months without a relationship isn't the end of the world. But if you're tired of waiting then be more proactive. Stop waiting for it all to come to you and start making an effort.

I'm not a woman, but I don't think three months is a long enough time to start feeling like there is something wrong here, and feeling like "love is just around the corner" is fine, it just means you're being optimistic.
