He didn't want to commit because he was planning on leaving for another job in another city and he (and I) didn't want to do long distance. So I would visit and we'd have a nice time and sleep together. He was also dating other people, but not seriously, as was I. I'm going to visit him again soon, but now he just told me that sex is not guaranteed when I stay with him based on his dating situation!I was pretty hurt because I do like the guy I want to continue seeing him. He's still not serious with any girl, so why all of a sudden does he not want to sleep with me? I feel like that's the ultimate insult, is he over me now? I told him that if that was the case then maybe I shouldn't visit because it would be awkward but he begged me to come! WTF is going on with him??

I'm sorry, but it does seem like it's over, either he met someone, possibly. Or he caught something? You should ask him. FWB, often end unexpectedly... Good luck, take care!
