A third cousin is someone you share a great-grandparent with. I don't think there are any legal issues with this.
Will it cause a problem in your family? Are you concerned about getting pregnant?

Yep. Legally it is, what you family might think is a whole other matter.
One of my good friend's mom is married to her second cousin (second marriage for both, and since they were in their late 40 and didn't WANT any more children) there really isn't anything "wrong" in it. They have been married almost 25 year.
People have been marrying relatives for millennia.
