We are living together, and in a very serious relationship. Is it wrong to ask him not to text or call her? Is it wrong for him to stroke her ego when she's having a bad day. For example, I think your beautiful or I wish I could hold you... This makes me very curious of some underlying flirting. I love him, and have no reason not to trust him, but this seems odd to me. Talk with him about it, and if he doesn't stop, he should become your EX.

if my husband was texting another woman with "I think you are beautiful" or "I wish I could hold you" he would be my soon to be EX husband.
those are not friendly things
those are not even light flirting... those statements are over the top for any man to say to a woman not his partner.
