Immersion diuresis can be very hard to ignore sometimes. In the bath it's not hygienic, in the shower it disappears immediately.
No not everyone does it and those that do would not do it in the presence of another person unless specifically requested.
For all those that think it's disgusting, well if you've ever given head to another person then you've had plenty of other peoples urine in your mouth.

Peeing in the shower? I wouldn't appreciate it, but I wouldn't be upset since I wouldn't be soaking in it.
I can assure you: If I told my BF NOT to pee in the shower or bath and he did it anyway... he'd be GONE.

Pee smells. And it leaves stains after a while. Have you ever scrubbed a toilet? Have you ever smelt a toilet? That's why I don't pee in the shower... it's bad enough to that the toilet smells like pee, don't need the shower to reek as well. I don't know if people do by themselves, but I'd find it disgusting if they did it while another is in the bath/shower with them without consent.

Some people do , some people dont!
Its just a personal preference.
If your both having a bath and he urinates into that water you use to clean yourselves no its not hygenic.
If your having a shower and he does it, its easily washed away quicker so i wouldnt think it matters all that much.
Its your own personal preference... you need to ask yourself "am i comfortable doing that?"
if your not comfortable explain that to your boyfriend.
If he loves you he will respect your wishes.
I Hope this helps!

Whether urine is sterile or not I wouldn't bathe in it, nor would I urinate in the shower or stick around while someone else did. Not my cup of tea, thanks.
This isn't about trust, so don't let your boyfriend play that card.

Urine is sterile, and flushing the toilet uses a ton of water. Peeing in the shower is easier and saves water. Why WOULDN'T someone pee in the shower? More people should as a water saving thing. Though peeing WHILE you're soaking in the bath is a little gross, but only mentally. Because like I said urine is sterile unless you have an infection.

Not me so not "everyone" does it. I wouldn't want anyone peeing in a bath with me either. Just not my scene.

FWIW yeah about 30% of the adult population pees in the shower... not the bath as far as I know.
I've peed in the shower... so has my boyfriend... and we've done it in the shower together... we just turn away from each other.
URINE is STERILE when it's in your body... it does not get germs till it leaves your body and enters the toilet.
people in the desert have been known to survive by drinking their own urine.

Yes alot of the time i get in the bath and want to urinate but I don't cause that is just disgusting, you have to wash in that water. So no everyone doesn't do it. So are you saying that if you bathe together he will urinate in your water, that is wrong and more so when your sharing a bath!!
