since then, i have had no desire to eat

its not like im not hungry, coz i am, i just seem to prefer it.

i still eat breakfast lunch and dinner its just my portions have less than halved and i dont snack anymore, which i used to do a lot.

i know i am eating healthier which i am pleased with coz i have wanted to lose a bit of wieght for a while.
