you should pee just before and after sex for your health.
it helps flush the urethra out and prevent UTIs.
it's normal

Actually not only is it normal but it's a good practise to have to avoid infections such as cystitis, as it helps clear any bacteria - a quick wipe with a wet flannel or sponge is also a good idea.

Chigirl is spot on. It is a completely natural reflex that occurs to cleanse a woman's urethra of any naturally occurring vaginal bacteria and fungi that may have entered during the act of sexual intercourse (the urethra and vagina are in the same area) and could cause a bladder or urinary tract infection if it wasn't removed.
Forgive the pun, but just go with your body's flow when it comes to urinating after sex.

Common, and healthy! I always pee after sex as a routine to prevent a urinary tract infection. I recommend peeing after sex as it helps prevent an infection. So it's a good thing that you do!

It's normal, that thrusting can hit your g-spot and bladder. It's also a really good idea. During sex the thrusting can push bacteria up your urinary tract and cause UTIs. Peeing after sex clears that bacteria out and helps prevent infection.
