reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2009): firstly its totally normall to be thinking about sex and having sex dreams i will say dont rush into having sex with just anyone because your curious its so much better when its with someone you care about and someone that cares about you. You could try masturbating which will reduce the time you spend thinking about sex.

This is occuring because your hormones are exploding at a fast paste.that is why you are haveing dreams a bout sex and thinking about sex too.also yes it is totally normal to have sex dreams because mainly because of your homones also because you are thinking about sex very much making it very normal. Also it is totally normal to feel the things you do because since you think of it or maybe even want it you dream of it and desire it that you want to feel it leading you to feel your dreams.hopefully I helped you and good luck with the dreams lol.
