It hurt alot during my first time and I bled like a stuck pig (sorry for the imagery) I didn't feel unwell but I did feel pain. Every one has a different reaction and your's is a little more severe than mine. I have friends with similar stories. Don't worry about it, it will pass.

Enjoy your new sex life! It gets a whole lot better ;) At first I wondered what the big deal was but after alot more practise your body gets more accustomed and nerve endings and other things start to wire themselves correctly, making the experience wonderful:)

Hope you feel better soon x

i remember i felt abit faint and sick after my first time, as well as sore and achey. i think it's your body going into shock abit. as it's something that is different and you have had a foreign object inserted into you. i remember i was ok untill i got home and i felt like i had to sit down and have a glass of water. it did pass after a while. but it did make me feel horrid. i also remember the next day i had abit of a sting and for a few days after the thought of touching myself or even having sex again made me feel abit freaked out as i thought the pain would be the same. so it does make you feel sick and uncomfortable, but that's just first time.

I think its totally normal. I think it somehow triggered my period when I lost my virginity. I bled havily for about 5 or 6 days, with major cramping and awfulness.... and I wasnt due for about another week...

So I wouldnt worry about it unless it lasts for more than a week or so! :)
