I have only told a few girls that have had intrest in me that and only 1 male. He was a close friend and im friends with his girlfriend and she told me he is afraid as well. So is it normal to sort of fear your first time. Reply to this Question Share |

Well, "Dear Cupid" insists on "editing" links so they don't work. Try "I'm a virgin and worried about my wedding night..." at http://www.dearcupid.org/question/im-a-virgin-and-worried-about-my-wedding.html and see if it works.

I don't know if there is a "normal" attitude about your first sexual experience! I was afraid - and nervous - and concerned about pleasing my partner - and very eager - and knew a lot that just wasn't true.
They say "the first time doesn't matter as much to guys as girls". BULL! It matters - though perhaps in a different way.
I wasn't totally convinced of the "wait for marriage" approach, though I agreed that wasn't a bad idea. I wanted my first time to be with somebody I cared for, and would be with for a LONG time - preferably a lifetime. It turned out that my first was with my wife, on our wedding night, and her first too. You can read about it in the thread "I'm a virgin and worried about my wedding night..." at http://www.dearcupid.org/question/im-a-virgin-and-worried-about-my-wedding.html.
