Is it normal for men to get confused after they marry??

is it ok to have doubts after you go back to your marriage. I return to my marriage after he had walked out on me, i never actually got a reason why, only he wanted to clear his head, he told me there was noone else but why do i get the feeling i am not hearing the full truth, he said he does not have a reason, would be be normal for men?? so i am back into my marriage for three months now, he treats me well, but sometimes i feel there is something wrong, like do i really want to be with him, why do i sometimes think i would be better off with someone else. Prior to our marriage i had little doubts. your advice would be appreciated
