My kids will not accept this new man, and refuse to be around him. Is it likely she will ever return to her family?

 if you forgive her and want her to come back you should tell her. you need to question your motives though. if you just want her back because you miss the familiarity and would rather have a cheating wife back than to carve out a new life for yourself and find new relationships then i think you would be making the wrong choice.
only she knows if she wants to come back to you. only you know why you would want her to
