After my GCSE my boyfriend said he would take me on holiday to his villa.

My parents are fine with it as he is legally an adult and can take care of me.

I'm just worried is it ileagal for him to take me away at 16?

Sorry its a weird question, just been on my mind all day..

LilPixie agony auntWell it depends what company you fly with, but really your old enough to even fly by yourself, so it should not be a problem for him to take you.

I flew over to germany by myself when i was 14.

Hope this helps

We are just booking flights and he owns a villa over there so we are just going to stay in that for a week.

Even if my parents give consent is it illeagal.

Thanks for the reply :)
