Well,,,, maybe a few aches here and there. At 45, the super slide may not be in your best interest, but you will still be you!
As far as dating, age is only a number. If you're attracted to one another and have fun together, go for it!

I'm 30 next year and I couldn't care less, it's just a number my life isn't suddenly gonna become crazy and change, people aren't going to treat me any differently.
Between 18 and 100 there are no truly significant, life changing ages, except for maybe whatever the retirement age is in your country and that's definitely not 30, I wish it was sometimes :D

2 years is no difference at all - an adult is over 21 and at 30, there is no way you are over the hill! I will be 40 next year. My partner is 43, I have always been out with guys around 6 years older than myself.
I did recently have a fling with someone born in 1983, but he was divorced with 2 children himself.
Don't worry, enjoy your 30s!
