The reason it's used in porn is because the producers knows that the majority of viewers (men) like to see JUST that.

I think sex is something where no borders should be built between 2 people. If it's a casual encounter - then yes some borders will exist to everyone but in committed, loving relationship with trust both parties should know that nothing the other does in a hot moment is meant to harm them in any way.
