 Hey,first of all.I think that this sounds like he likes you.But, i have some tips on to weather a guy does.If you have a watch or a phone on you,look at it then look at him,if his eyes stare from your phone or watch onto you,then he was looking at you,i find this to be the best kinda way to tell :)) The best advice anyone can give you is,if a guy likes you,HE will make it happen.If he is the one who makes the first move,if he is the one who asks you to go out somewhere,then he likes you,don't make excuses that he isnt becase every guy does if they like someone,but if your sure on if he likes you,then just ask him out yourself! i mean,sure guys will ask you first if they like you but they also like it when girls make the first move too,it shows your confident :) Hope this helps honey and it works out! let me know how it goes!
