I say you should casually ask him, like if you are both looking at his facebook friends, say "Oh, who is that? I've never seen her before." But say it in a casual way, like you're curious about who she is, but not suspecting him of anything, because if he thinks you're suspecting him, and he's not cheating or anything, then he'll be mad.

You know, it is possible that her husband could have been friends with her in high school or something. She could be a cousin, in law, etc. You are freaking out over nothing. Just ask him. Jeez these days people seem to forget honesty exists.

I wouldn't want my bf browsing around adding girls like that to his fb friend list, not knowing them and looking all provocitive... I see one of my guy friends adding girls to his page they are always half naked and usually from another country. I know damn well he doesn't know them! I think it's ugly and inconsiderate of him to stoop so shallow... Now, go grill him!! Good luck ;)

How do you know he's friend requested her? Were you snooping and looking for something like this? If so, what made you snoop?
You can question, but if he has some real problems with this sort of thing, you confronting him now will only make him more secretive. If I were you, I'd continue to play dumb for now and keep an eye out for communication.

I wouldn't think it was a red flag if he plays games on there. If he doesn't, well then maybe you should ask him who she is.
