Is it a positive sign if he "likes" or comments on my facebook?

A female age 41-50, anonymous writes:

A guy I like quite often 'likes' what I write on Facebook and is really friendly when we see one another. However sometimes he goes days ignoring me on there. Today I posted a photo which was a head and shoulders shot and maybe a little (but not overly) revealing for me. He didn't press like but wrote the comment 'eeesh ;)' under it. He never comments on peoples stuff. Would you take this as negative or positive?
