 It depends on your place of work really. I like a girl where i work, we flirt all the time. But because it is such a close environment if something were to happen one of us would have to be prepared to leave.
But if for instance in your place if you worked on the first floor, and he worked on the seveth floor i can't see a problem with this as you would only see them at intervals.
