If you want to know how much...find a cucumber that is approximately the size of your penis and put it up your own anus with the same preparation and force that you used with her...that will give you a good idea of how much you hurt her.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 June 2010): The main thing I find that helps with anal sex, is for the person receiving it to relax and lots and lots of lube. The most important thing is to make sure you finger their hole with lube. That's to make sure to stretch her just enough so that you can insert your penis in a bit less painfully. But like I said, you have to make sure she's relaxed. If she's tensed, it'll hurt like hell. I find that after inserting the penis in the first time, to pull out, if she says it hurts, and then insert it a second time because then, she'll know what to expect and may be a little more relaxed.
