writes: I'm currently heartbroken. i had been with my boyfriend for over a year but lately i realised he had become distant and didnt want to see me as much. i asked him what was wrong and he finally confessed that he didn't kno what he wanted anymore but that he still loves me. he said he'd started having feelings for another girl and felt terrible, he was crying uncontrollably. anyway he said he was determined to try and make things work between us. we tried for a couple of days and although we got on ok, there was something missing. i realised that i wanted a proper relationship or nothing at all so i ended it. he says that he is really down about the break up and so am i. we are still in contact and have agreed that if we still miss each other in a few weeks then we will try again.do u think this is wise?i love this guy to pieces. however he is 19 and im 22, do u think he is too young to commit?

This has nothing to do with his age, he just doesnt seem willing enough to commit because he doesnt like to think of him self as having a long term relationship without there being anyone else.
My advise would be to do your best to lose complete contact with him
and find someone that with love you for who you are and think there isnt possibly anyone better than you
im pretty sure you will know when you meet someone alot better that you made the right descision
