writes:I am really into the guy in my life, we have both been divorced for over three years. the problem I'm not sure he is over his ex. Whenever anyone mentions anything about what their ex's did that ended the relationship he walks away. He seems sad if he says anything negative about his ex. I keep thinking that he must have caused the problem, but he seems so nice.

 It takes 2 to make or break any relationship. I am sure he is feeling bad about the things he did in the past. Maybe talk to him and get him to open up to you and find out why he might be so sad about things that get brought up about the ex. Getting him to talk might not be an easy thing to do, because he will also be faced with his own wrongs, but it is worth a try.
