writes: my boyfriend came home the other night so drunk he couldn't stand on his own. he was spitting on the floor thinking he was outside. he told me he was out with another woman, wouldn't let me near him because he said he didn't shower and still had her smell on him. the next morning he claims he doesn't even remember the night before and he made up the story, but if he doesn't remember the night before, how does he know he made up the story, and he doesn't even remember what he said. so is his story true or even while so drunk could he make up a story like that and then not even remember?

reader, anonymous, writes (3 May 2009): The inconsistencies seem pretty damning. *In vino veritas* - from the wine comes truth. If it's any consolation, if he really was that drunk, he probably couldn't perform with her.

my opinion is...anytime a guy comes home drunk with the smell of another girl on him then thats unacceptable. If he was that drunk he wouldnt remember. I would say he's lying.
