He asked for my number and for a whole week he text me constantly. He then stopped texting first as much. However he asked me to go out a few times and I did. When we went out we kissed again and after it he said he really enjoyed being with me and that it was great to see me again. Although we text after that he hasnt spoke to me in a few days. So, do I text him first now or wait until he texts me?

Just take the bull by the horns and text him, what have you got to lose. I think he will respond, he seems to like you. If he dosen't at least you would have tried and you will know where you stand and can move on.
Good luck

At your age you have two choices: You can either go for it and text him and tell him how you feel, losing nothing as you are so young and interested men will come and go like the wind. Or you can not bother waiting around for him to make a real move, get on with your life and keep an eye open for someone new. It's your choice really. Please remember, and I know not all young men are like this, but at his age he may have a few other girls or at least one other on the go aswell so don't invest yourself too much in this man if he isn't giving you clear signals he wants to be with you.
