This boy and his family members all have the same army coat it is an Austrian Coat with the Belgian flag on the arm. One day I was out shopping and found the same coat and it was a pretty good fit so I bought it in the hopes that this boy would notice well he didn't, but his brother did. His brother and I have that the same lunch period so after I was finished eating I went to wait for a friend by her locker, while I was waiting he approached me and asked me where I had got the coat. When he approached me though he seemed very cautious almost nervous like he didn't know how to talk to a girl the thing is he's a senior. I told him where I'd gotten it and we have a very little chat about Ireland and how great it was, but know I feel a strong attraction to him instead of his brother. And ever since that little chat he has been doing the same little stunts he aways does but looks to see if I'm watching, he also looks at me like he's going to come over and talk with me again but then runs off to his friends he also sat pretty darn close to me at lunch the other day with a group of people he doesn't hang out with all that often. Is he interested and how do I talk to him?

Do you consider yourself pretty?
If you are , then he is most probably interested to be friends with you.
If you want to talk to him , you need to seek him out and stand in front of him , face to face.
Don't worry, when you are in front of him , you will find things to chat about with him.
