It sounds like you're more keen on him than he is on you. In my experience, when a guy really likes a girl he will respond to her texts quite quickly. Do yourself and favour and stop dwelling on this guy. There are plenty of other guys out there who are just waiting to treat you like a princess so go grab them!

 I really wish I could be able to tell you what is going on but I cant. Although I will offer you some advice, don't pin your hopes on somebody that you have not even met face to face yet, as you may not get on as well as you do over the computer. If I am honest if it was me I think I would just give up, because if a guy cannot be bothered replying and keeping in contact then he cannot be taking things serious. Have you both suggested to meet up yet? I would think that if there was a mutual interested there that plans would have been made by now.
