 Yes he is dropping hints! I'm guessing he's in his teens/early 20's too? Are you saying that after 4 months together you haven't had sex?Of course he is dropping hints about sex! He's being going out with you for 4 months, and he's a young man it's what all young men think about, but if he is having penis enlargment surgery on Monday I wouldn't worry too much about it as he won't be able to use it for a couple of weeks afterwards
