 I've read many of these questions on this site, and the general opinion seems to be yes. But also keep in mind that your penis isn't the only thing you have to please a female. You also have a fingers/tongue/lips. So even if your size makes it a bit hard, you can still please them with other parts. But yes 4.5 can please women.
