writes: Is 1 hour a big enough distance for a relationship not to work.I've hung out with this girl who i like a lot and shes told me that she likes me a lot, thinks im cute but she's busy and lives 1 hour away and thinks that it would be too hard to do. I personally think yes it would be a little tough but its possible.I think that no matter how far you live, if you really like someone you should atleast give it a try because you may never know what may of come of it. reader, anonymous, writes (21 January 2010): i live an hours distance away from my bf n it works 4 us although we dnt get 2 c each as much as we busy wid assignments from college n stuff but we always talk on msn 4 hours n i think u need 2 encourage her by sayin that you know loads of people who make their relationships work and they live an hours distance way if not more n is she willing 2 give it a go. good luck n i hope this helps

I made a relationship work with a 40 minute drive each way and I still saw her several days a week. But then again, I didn't really mind driving and had nothing better to do after work. It's going to be up to you guys if it would fit your schedule.
