reader, anonymous, writes (14 May 2008): An orgasm, in both males and females comes from the nerves that are "down there" that are being stimulated. Once they are stimulated, it triggers the places in your brain that say "this feels reeeeaaalllyy good!" It builds up to the point where finally the signals from your brain send the message back "down there" which then triggers the nerves and muscles that create orgasm. For females, the uteris contracts, creates a suction, as if to welcome the males sperm. If she has the wonderful experience to "squirt", that ejaculation and pre-ejaculation come from the same place your partner is in. Its awsome because it creates a lot of helpful lubercation! Hope I was of some help.
