let them grow out for 2 weeks then shave with a new razor and dry skin shaving gel =)

No need of medical attention. They're very normal if you shave down there.
What you should do is mousturize your area right after you shave. It will help you prevent in-grown hairs and the itchiness that comes when the hair grows. Normal lotions have worked fine for me.
Also, you could learn how to shave better to reduce in-grown hairs. When you're shaving, use a lot of shaving cream and lay on your back for an easier shaving. Wet the blade before you shave and go in a downward (towards your leg) direction with your hand. For a better illustration, go to youtube and type "how to shave vagina" so you understand better what I'm saying.
