I am very shocked with these feelings! She is also married, and though she always jokes and "flirts" I am not sure if there is a chance she would ever be into me, or this. I have told my husband and he thinks it is "cute". He would be totally into a threesome. I feel like there must be some sort of "instinct" that made me feel like there is a small chance she might be into it as I have said some questionable things and she hasn't backed off. But other times I'm confused because she is pretty funky in general, with everyone. I don't know where to go from here. Anybody ever been in this situation?

 If she is married her husband would have to be included at some level as well.
Get to know this woman more before you take a step in that direction! Or, you could try and ignore this and move on. Cheating is cheating no matter the gender, and moving on with this requires permission and participation from both husbands.
But, aside from your attraction, unless you feel it would be playing with fire, try and get to know this woman more before you make up your mind.
