Is it strange being 30+ and never having a boyfriend and never being kissed .

I have had a lot of rejection by guys and still paying after 11 yaers.

I am very shy, quiet, low self estreem. I am also overweight, short, plain looking and not great personalty

I used like a guy but he didn't want to be seen with me becasue I was fat, short, ugly, old and not a hot young beauty like he likes not the likes of me.

It's no wonder you have a hard time with others...you are so critical of yourself, how can anyone else NOT be. You are giving off negative vibes!

It may be a cliche, but you have to learn to love yourself before anyone else will love you....

Hey there,

My friend was in a very similar situation, and he ended up getting with one of his friends/co-worker when he was 33. It doesn't matter how old you are, it's really hard to gain the confidence to just talk to people and be truely happy with yourself, but keep trying. Try joining some clubs, social groups? or something where you can meet a few more people, it may help with the confidence and more than likely some nice people. I recently joined one of them slimming club things, it may help you boost your self esteem and obviously be good for the healthy eating and what not.

Good luck :-) x

StudentOfLife agony auntI had the same problem and it was all related to self-esteem issue. Once I worked on that, it progressively got better.

I was eating because I was fat, and I was fat because I was eating. I realized the cycle I was in once I build up my self-esteem issue.

The only reason why you're shy, quiet, low self esteem is because you don't know how to be not shy, loud, and confident.
