I have been in love with a friend for years, we are both married to other people and have kids. I know I shouldn't do anything but I know she is unhappy with her partner. She is my sole mate and i cant stop thinking about her. What should I do?

Try and get some information out of her about if she fancies you at all. try asking questions like 'hey,do you really want to have a different partner other than your husband' etc. if she answers yes, try and kiss her, and see how she reacts. there's no way of knowing until you try it out. you have to express your feelings, and take the chance while you've still got it.
