 First of all, I think it's really cute that your shy with girls, lol, don't know why. Ask her if she likes you and if she talks about sex with you, she's "probably" thinking about having it with you. PROBABLY, but if she does like you and you guys end up going out, take it slow and don't rush into anything because when you finally decide to do it you'll be ready and willing to give yourself to each other......yeah.

 Why not write a short list of the things you like about her, like 'good sense of humour', 'listens well', 'always has time for me', 'very pretty', oh I don't know, just a short list of some of the things you like about her. Keep it short and simple, nothing too elaborate.
Then send her the list, and ask her to write one about you. Maybe in reading her reply, you'll see what she thinks about you.
Or simply tell her that you like her, and were wondering if she liked you back. It's hard to risk rejection, but if you never ask, you'll never know. It sounds like you are shy, so I doubt you'll come off as pushy.
