I am giving up drinking and smoking to increase my chances by the way I want my baby to have the best and healthiest start but I've only been on my ovulation week for 3 days and had intetcourse 3 times do you think there is any chance I may get caught or is it very slim? Please don't judge me I am giving up smoking and drinking as of today.

You're still very young, I'd wait until you haven't been smoking for awhile. Like months, not hours.
I'm not a doctor, but my aunt used to smoke and drink and she had so much trouble getting pregnant and the times she succeeded she ended up having a miscarriage.
I don't wish what she had to go through on anyone (although she's the one who was an addict), so you should focus on getting healthy. Imagine how you'd feel if you had a baby with defects/asthma/etc because of your bad habits?

There is no way we can predict if you are pregnant. You will simply have to keep trying. There is lots of medical advice out there, be sure you look at medically qualified sites. The NHS has a lot of online information and there are others as well: http://www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/2319.aspx
Looks like your partner will have to quit smoking as well, as second-hand smoke can limit your chances. If he's a heavy drinker, that will affect his sperm production as well. He also needs to keep his testicles cooler, lol.
You should be taking folic acid as well, and avoiding some other supplements. In fact, the current advice is that you take 400 mcg of folic acid a day for at least a month before trying to conceive. http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/pages/vitamins-minerals-supplements-pregnant.aspx#close

So basically, you need to be taking care of yourself, and he needs to be taking care of himself, in order to maximize your fertility. So if you start today, in one month's time, you'll be that much healthier.
Good luck.
