Never take chances with your health; Please do get medical attention a.s.a.p.
I hope and trust for your sake that it is not something serious BUT you have to have the tests done; ONLY then will you be certain;
Be strong and take good care of yourself and your HEALTH.

Doctors, as you said, have dealt with and treated this hundreds of times before. It is more common than you think. I understand totally where your coming from, and I think it could just be an infection that could easily be sorted out.
I suggest you go to the doctors, take an adult with you - Aunt, older sister - someone who can buy you the medicine (it probably will have to be your mum as she is your legal guardian). They don't have to be in the room.
Or you could just leave it and wait 2 months.
