ArmyMedic agony auntSorry about the typo, but a first in art and dance studies still doesn't give you the right to prescribe medication or give poor advice hidden behind an anonymous post, if you have a problem with me please feel free to e-mail me!

ArmyMedic agony auntPlease DON'T take any products advised by an anonymous poster (try Heroin, hold on I'll just hide my name)!

Herbal remedies and pills do cause weight loss and all kinds of other dodgy symptoms!

The best way to loose weight is a healthy diet and exercise and I will put my medical registration to that!

i've used Herbalife (a shake) for a short term fix when i had a holiday looming. i went from a big 12(nearly 14) to an 8 (british sizes) in around 6-7 weeks and used one of those mini steppers (10-15 mins a day) and a bit of high intensity areobics as well as weights. however this is only a short term thing, if you go back to old eating habits and eat loads of junk like i used to then you will put it back on!

after my hol i started to just eat healthy and exercise and have stayed a toned size 8. it's a change of life style but you do feel so much better for it! i wouldn't take herbalife forever, max 2months but it is a quick fix. the healthy way (although results may take longer to see) is balanced diet and regular exercise. i failed at this loads because i didnt notice much change and would give up which is why i tried herbalife. no i'm not advertising for them, im just a v happy customer.

i've found a trampoline to be the best all rounder, twists for doing the stomach. and its fun, i can put a dance CD on and be on there for ages! crunches and sit ups also. for thighs i found one of those mini steppers the best...you can get those which just go up and down but i find the side to side one better (some have bunjee cords too to work your arms) this works your inner and outer thigh and because your bodies twisting, also some muscles in your stomach. they have hydraulic pumps and you just twist the knob to diff intensity.

Sweet-thing agony auntFor some strange reason God blessed us girls with way more at cells than he did the guys. And no matter how thin some of us get in life, we still have jiggly parts that we hate. For most of my 20's I was self-conscious about my lower belly because it pooched slightly and I tried every crazy diet in the books, tortured myself with hours of sit-ups and stomach crunches. Some things will just never go away even when you weigh 105 lbs. I have sense learned to just accept myself including my flaws. But if you are at an unhealthy weight in general, the only thing that works is cutting calories and beefing up your exercise. When I turned 35 I signed up for Nutri-Systems and dropped 25 lbs. It was the best money I ever invested in. Now I just watch what I eat, try to avoid sweets (they really stick to your gut and your butt/thighs) and I do carbs in moderation. I wish you the best!!
