Why would ya keep saying this so many times?Is he being nice or is he interested? he also was like guess who I saw and he's like u, I saw ya at the petrol station I was going to fill my car up too but I missed the turn !! I'm unclear of his feelings can someone help please!!!

 He sounds like a jokester who has taken an interest in you. The next step would be for him to talk to you like a normal person. If you like him, and he's available and you're available, just be patient and talk to him.
I would caution you though about dating someone at work, in some cases it can damage your career. Just remember if things don't work out, you would still have to work with this person.
For now, I'd keep it light and bright and see what he does next. He sounds a bit all over the place to me but maybe he's just a jokey kind of guy.
