I'm not sexually active, and they don't really feel like bumps if I feel them. They also only look like small bumps when I look at them a certain way. But regardless, this scared me because my doctor said a few years ago that I'm a hypochondriac (Suffering from constant preoccupation and worry about one's health). So I'm wondering if this is a real problem, or me panicking over nothing at all.

Many times we experience things with our bodies we're not sure what is. And doctors dont have answers for everything. They are still unable to figure out why we have hick-ups! Something so common, they do not know what causes it, only that it isnt known to kill anyone, only cause discomfort. Sometimes my pinky hurts for unknown reasons. I do not run to the doctor over that because I honestly dont think there is a good reason for every small thing, they just dont know enough about the body yet.
But, if these little bumps change in any manner over the next weeks, write it down. If they go away it was probably nothing, or zits, or the pores doing something funky. Maybe it was always there and you only noticed now. Maybe its because you're going through puberty and your body change.
Write it down like I said, and if in a few weeks time you're overly worried about a completely new thing and the bumps are gone and you havent thought about it even, you know you were over-thinking it. If they are still there and worse in any way (itching, redness, bleeding, whatever), go to the doctor.

If you are not sexually active, you should be ok, it's probably just some hair follicles...but do go see a doctor, it's better to be safe than sorry :)
