writes: im recently in a relationship and i cant seem to control myself, i feel so attached to him i need help, i need advice. i always find myself calling him wanna know where he at, i cant seem to concentrate at work and when we go out im always looking at hm to see the way he looks at other girls. my self esteem is so low is unbeliveble, im afraid that when he goes out he might like someone else thats the reason im always calling him and he gets tired of it. dont know what to do when he goes out with his friends i get so worried theres times that i wanna go out and i cant cause i always want to be home with him. help me please!

You need to find out why your self esteem is in the toilet. There are all kinds of books and websites that deal with building self esteem. Google it. But you do have to address this ASAP because not only does it make you miserable it will drive this boyfriend away as well as any future ones. Good luck and get to work, you can do it.
